I haven't even unpacked yet but I have sewn a new cushion cover for the couch.

(Yes, it matches my skirt.)
The choughs were thrilled to see the birdbath filled with fresh cool water and our resident magpies have been singing almost nonstop. On the first evening home we sat outside with the soft dusk wrapping around us, wine in hand, listening to the kookaburras laughing and we breathed a big long out breath.
Children squealed and romped on the new trampoline.

Best Christmas present ever. I've even had a go on it myself.
Note to self: pelvic floor exercises

All very lovely, but where's the photo of you on the trampoline? Surely that's worth a post!
We swore we'd never have a trampoline, but got one....it was the best thing we've ever gotten for the kids. Three years later and they are still on it almost every day in the summer. I avoid it though due to the....um....lack of certain exercises :)
Oh yes, the pelvic floor! Have I told you about mine? No? Probably a good thing.
A trampoline with a view! Fantastic.
I love your shaggy bath-mat-ty pillow, too.
I want a trampoline.
your last little sentence will make me smile all day!
Yes, hmmmm. My pelvic floor is a traitor and after i've had this second baby, I'm going to give it what for.
Laughing at your pelvic floor comment quite put me off ooohhing and aaahhing at the beautiful view!
You have a pelvic floor? Mine diappeared years ago!
I had to delurk just because of that last sentence... XD Been there, done exactly the same! Guess twins in breech and natural birth does that.
Just a word of warning that I will definitely be jumping on that trampoline next time I visit you.
I'll bring my own Depends.
The last line nearly killed me.
Yes, I'd like to see you and Eleanor jumping together on that trampoline some day. Hopefully, no head thumps, though. Word of advice: Jump BEFORE the wine consumption.
Love the pillow(s) and quilt!
Welcome home, Suse!
What a fabulous view, you lucky thing. Trampolines are great aren't they. Ours love it, unfortunately I am above the recommended max weight so have never been brave enough to try it! (Probably a good thing in view of the aforementioned pelvic floor.)
I now understand why many Mummies refuse to get on the trampoline. Clenching as I type...
Fabulous place to have a trampoline ....it must be like flying !
It was the best Christmas present we ever bought too - my boys use it every day all year round (we have brilliant photos of them jumping in the snow and in wet suits in the rain!) Two c-sections means I don't worry about the pelvic floor - black eyes from my boobs though! Highly recommend a sports bra :D
I got a bit nauseous when I tried our trampoline. Going on a swing does the same thing actually. *sigh* Old Age.
Awesome pillow! I cannot even imagine being hot right now. I'm thrilled that tomorrow we will go above the freezing mark. It's been weeks since we've seen that.
Give your poor floor's pelvis a break - go jump on the trampoline! It's great for lymph glands. I am thinking we will get one of these for next Christmas. Going to have to dig into a hill to accommodate one...
I just love both your pillows (and the skirt is lovely too). I love vintage sheets.
The pillow case is beautiful. Everything you photograph or make is. Your photos make me feel so homesick. Happy 2010 to you and your family. Hope it will be a great one for all of you.
Recently had a pelvic floor moment on a trampoline myself. Glad it happens to everybody!
